A work crew with Paving Pros out of Oak Ridge, Mo., puts down a pavement overlay on the walking trail at Scott City park. The trail was shut down Wednesday and Thursday for the work, which overlayed the entire trail and widened the trail from three feet to four feet. The $14,000 cost of the project was paid for out of Scott City's capital improvement funds, said city parks and recreation director Phyllis Crump.
