Scott City man charged with molestation
A rural Scott City man faces sex-related charges for alleged incidents that occurred about 13 years ago. David Dubs, 56, faces five felony counts of first-degree child molestation and five misdemeanor counts of second-degree child molestation. Bond was set at $50,000.
