SCOTT CITY -- Keri Baber, the daughter of David and Marsha Baber of Scott City, and Margaret Baber of Cape Girardeau, was named October Youth of the Month by the Exchange Club of Cape Girardeau.

A senior at Scott City High School, Baber is a member of the Future Business Leaders of America, the National Honor Society and Pep Club.
She hopes to attend Washington University in St. Louis and major in graphic communications.
