Runners and walkers came out to the Saint Francis Foundation’s first Color Dash on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at Arena Park in Cape Girardeau. Race coordinator Ashley Gentry said funds raised from the race go to the Dig for Life program which provides free screenings for the top four cancers in the area including lung, prostate, colon and breast. The dash consisted of a 5K race and a walking event.
