Saint Francis' Family BirthPlace, NICU celebrate 10th Birthday

Saint Francis Medical Center held a birthday celebration marking a decade of operation for their Family BirthPlace and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011.
