PUXICO -- The Missouri Department of Conservation and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will jointly sponsor a hunter education course Aug. 24.
The day-long course will be held at Mingo National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center near Puxico, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In Missouri, anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1967 must a have valid hunter education card to buy a hunting permit.
