Rust leads publishers, editors group

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Gary W. Rust of Rust Communications in Cape Girardeau and Ann K. Charles of the Parsons (Kan.) Sun were elected chairs of the Missouri and Kansas Associated Press Publishers and Editors Association for 2002-2003. Rust is chairman of Rust Communications Inc., which operates 13 daily newspapers, 28 weekly newspapers, eight commercial printing shops and nine shoppers in seven states.
