Jim Woodward demonstrated how a judge can contol almost all aspects of the courtoom, including lights, demonstrations, phone calls, and microphone levels, from behind the bench in one of the three courtrooms Monday, June 2, 2008, in the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. United States Courthouse in Cape Girardeau. The new courthouse is more technologically advanced than its courterpart in St. Louis.
