Route E to be closed for pipe replacement
Route E between Route D and County Road 427 in Cape Girardeau County will be closed while Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a pipe under the road. Weather permitting, the work will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
