Road grader overturns, leaving Marble Hill man in serious condition
MARQUAND, Mo. - A Marble Hill man is in serious condition after his road grader overturned Thursday afternoon. Kevin E. Kevin E. Stroup, 44, was traveling westbound on Route A 5 miles east of Marquand when he left the left side of the roadway around noon. The highway patrol said his 2008 Caterpillar road grader then overturned.
Stroup was then taken by ambulance to Southeast Missouri Hospital.
