VICKSBURG, Miss. - The Mississippi River Commission will begin its annual high-water inspection trip, including a stop at the city front in Cape Girardeau at 9 a.m. April 8.

VICKSBURG, Miss. - The Mississippi River Commission will begin its annual high-water inspection trip, including a stop at the city front in Cape Girardeau at 9 a.m. April 8.

The commission expects to discuss water resources infrastructure needs in the valley, including flood control and the Mississippi River and Tributaries project, environmental issues, recreation and navigation.
