The Cape Girardeau County Republican Women's Club will meet at noon Friday at Holiday Inn.
Participating in the program will be Sheriff Norman Copeland, Public Administrator John Ferguson, and Coroner John Carpenter.
Kim Groves, chairman of the board of the American Red Cross, will speak on "The American Red Cross How Can It Affect Your Life?"
The public is invited to attend the dutch-treat luncheon.
