RED CROSS HOSTS COMMUNITY DRIVE HERE ON JULY 29

The American Red Cross blood services will hold its community drive on July 29 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Convention Center.

Many accidents occur during the summer months which require blood transfusions for the victims. The blood supply needs to be up and ready for whenever the need arises.

The drive is sponsored by the Cape Girardeau American Legion Auxiliary. Their goal is set for 100 units of blood. For further information, call the chapter office at 335-9471.
