PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL SPONSOR QUILTING EXPERT
DS The Cape Girardeau Public Library will host a program titled "History of Quilting" at 10 a.m. on Oct. 28 in the Hirsch Community Room. Corena Miller, co-owner of The Sewing Basket, will talk about the history of quilting in the United States and how styles have changed.
