The following is a project list recommended by the local TTF 5 Committee and presented to the Cape Girardeau City Council Monday night:
- Independence Street - Gordonville Road/East Rodney Drive to Caruthers Avenue: Widen street, widen bridge over Cape La Croix Creek, sidewalks, alleviate pinch point on Cape La Croix Trail at bridge ($4 million)
- Lexington Avenue - Sherwood Drive to West Cape Rock Drive: Reconstruct 36 feet of concrete (two travel lanes, one parking), curb and gutter, two 6-foot sidewalks ($1.6 million)
- West End Boulevard - New Madrid Street to Bertling Street: Reconstruct 36 feet of concrete (two travel lanes, one parking), curb and gutter, two 6-foot sidewalks, streetlights ($2.5 million)
- Sprigg Street - William Street to Broadway: Mill and overlay (two travel lanes, one turn lane), sidewalks, streetscape, right-turn lane at William/Sprigg intersection ($1.7 million)
- Sloan Creek Bridge - Big Bend Road: Replace structure ($1 million)
- Main Street - Roberts Street to East Cape Rock Drive: Reconstruct 36 feet of concrete (two travel lanes, one parking), curb and gutter, two 6-foot sidewalks, streetlights ($1.4 million)
- Fountain Street - William Street to Independence Street: New 36 feet of concrete (two travel lanes), curb and gutter, one 5-foot sidewalk, streetlights ($1 million)
- New Madrid Street - Clark Avenue to Perry Avenue: Reconstruct 24 feet of concrete (two travel lanes), curb and gutter, one 6-foot sidewalk, streetlights ($1.3 million)

- Bertling Street - Perryville Road to West End Boulevard: Reconstruct 36 feet of concrete, two 6-foot sidewalks, streetlights ($1.3 million)
- Bertling Street - West End Boulevard to Sprigg Street: Reconstruct 36 feet of concrete, two 6-foot sidewalks, streetlights, includes widening West End/Bertling Intersection ($2.5 million)
- Hopper Road - Mount Auburn Road to Kingshighway: Mill and overlay, sidewalks ($900,000)
- Emerald Street - Sprigg Street to Big Bend Road: New 36 feet of concrete (two travel lanes, one parking), curb and gutter, two 6-foot sidewalks, streetlights, bridge/box at Sloan Creek ($1.9 million)
