All power has been restored to AmerenUE customers in Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties, with 156 customers statewide still in the dark as of 6:10 a.m. today. The remnants of Hurricane Ike passed through Cape Girardeau Sunday morning, knocking on power to 6,300 customers in Cape Girardeau and Scott counties at its peak time around 9:45 a.m. About 400 AmerenUE crews were restoring power on Tuesday in Cape Girardeau.
