Police car totaled in Thursday afternoon crash
A Thursday afternoon crash on Route AB totaled a Scott City police car but left reserve officer Travis W. Rainey without injuries. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports website, Rainey, 26, of Cape Girardeau, turned into the path of a 2001 Ford F-150 on Route AB in Scott City. Barrett, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., along with a male infant were both treated for minor injuries at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
