A Pocahontas student at Kansas State University was awarded a scholarship in environmental design for the upcoming school year.
Matthew Mueller was awarded the scholarship though the American Institute of Architects/American Architectural Foundation.
A total of 225 scholarships were awarded to students enrolled at more than 110 eligible American and Canadian colleges and universities.
