Phones now back up at Cape Public Works

Phone lines that were down Tuesday morning at the Cape Girardeau Public Works Department are now operating again.

Earlier in the morning the city government had posted a message on its Facebook page saying phone lines were down while the network was updated. Callers received a recorded message telling them of the maintenance.

The phone number for public works is 339-6332.
