PERSONAL SAFETY TOPIC OF SEMINAR

Community Awareness Corp. of Gray Summit will offer a free seminar on personal safety at 7 p.m. on Jan. 30 at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. The seminar will cover ways to be safe in the car, at home, walking and shopping with children.
