The association will present the honor to Missouri Department of Transportation officials on March 4 in Kansas City.
The best concrete pavement award, to be presented March 4, for the new Route 60 project that involved a new four-lane highway extending 23.6 miles in Butler, Stoddard and New Madrid counties.
