A Cape Girardeau patrolman was involved in a traffic accident Friday evening at Themis and Louisiana streets.
No one was injured in the accident that happened at 5:50 p.m.
Patrolman Trevor Dean Pulley was driving on Themis Street and collided with a car driven by Brian B. Young of Cape Girardeau. The police car was towed following the accident. Police were investigating the accident.
Under a new policy, city employees involved in traffic accidents must undergo a breath test and a drug screening.
