PAT OFFERS HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL OCT. 24
A Halloween carnival will be held Oct. 24 for children ages 3 and 4 by the Cape Girardeau Parents as Teachers program. The free carnival will be at Jefferson School gym, 520 S.
