The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department, Breakfast Optimist Club, and Missouri Department of Conservation will sponsor the 15th Annual Youth Catch and Release Fishing Day from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Capaha Park Pond. Ages 1 to 15 are invited to bring their own pole and bait to test their skills. There will be a casting contest and prizes will be given for the biggest and smallest fish.
