All access to the Missouri Department of Conservation's Otter Slough
area southwest of Dexter has been closed down, effective 1 p.m.
Tuesday, April 26 due to high water in the area. The area will remain
closed until further notice. The notification was received from
Stoddard County Conservation Agent Mark Reed.
