One-vehicle accident north of Cape

Emergency personal tend to Kimberly Slinkard, 17, after a single vehicle accident Sunday on Cape Girardeau County Road 651 approximately five miles north of Cape Girardeau. Slinkard was a passenger in a car driven by Jacup Bierschwal. The 2001 Hyndai Elantra driven by Bierschwal ran off the road and overturned in a ditch, according to an accident report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
