A Cape Girardeau woman received moderate injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 2002 Honda driven by Vicki L. Moore, 54, ran off the roadway and overturned on Hill Road in Trail of Tears State Park.

Moore was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was wearing a seat belt.
