Ohio River bridge to have restricted traffic

WICKLIFFE, Ky. --The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on the U.S. 51/U.S. 60/U.S. 62 Ohio River Bridge between Wickliffe and Cairo, Ill., for emergency repairs on a bridge deck expansion joint.
