Nude model, photographer arrested near mall

MONROEVILLE, Pa. -- Police said a man was taking photos of a woman wearing only thigh-high black stockings and high-heeled shoes at a strip mall near Pittsburgh. Police said Chelsea Guerra, 21, of Indiana was posing in front of businesses April 8 at Miracle Mile Shopping Center for Michael Warnock, 64, of Pittsburgh. Guerra was charged with indecent exposure.
