NOON OPTIMISTS SET CHILI DAY
The Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist will hold their annual Chili Day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 4 at the Arena Building. Live entertainment featuring the group "Spotlight" is a new addition for this year's event. Tickets are $5 for adults, $2.50 for children and may be purchased in advance from any member or at the door...
