NEWLINE: CAPE SCHOOLS WILL DISMISS EARLY TODAY
For the third time in a row, Cape Girardeau Public Schools will dismiss early today because of a continuing heat wave. Secondary students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. and elementary school students at noon. With the exception of May Greene, all kindergarten classes will begin and end at their regular times.
