SIKESTON, Mo. -- In addition to pavement improvements at the Highway 84/Interstate 55 interchange at Hayti, Mo., motorists can expect to see new signals. They will be activated tonight, weather permitting. The Missouri Department of Transportation analyzed traffic in the area, and the addition of the flashing yellow arrow will help increase efficiency during off-peak times.
