Missouri's new funeral procession law takes effect Saturday.
The law prohibits other drivers from driving between, joining or passing a funeral procession.
Motorists traveling in the opposite direction won't have to stop and pull over to the side of the road, the Missouri Funeral Directors Association says.
The anti-passing provision applies only to motorists traveling in the same direction as the funeral procession.
Violators face a maximum fine of $100.
