Jackson County Executive Marsha Murphy will bring her campaign for the U.S. Senate to Cape Girardeau Monday as part of an eight-city, two-day tour of the state.
A Democratic candidate, Murphy will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. at Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport.
She is one of four Democrats actively campaigning for the nomination this year in the hopes of succeeding retiring Republican Sen. John Danforth.
