Moshiri releases letter

Shooting victim Katherine Moshiri released a statement to the media through the Jackson Police Department late Friday. In the letter, Moshiri thanked courthouse staff for helping her obtain an order of protection and police who responded to Monday's shooting in Jackson. "I have no doubt they did everything in their power, and the outcome had nothing to do with any negligence on their part," she wrote.
