MoDOT bridge workers repair beam on Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge

Missouri Department of Transportation bridge workers Terry Shunamon, left, Frank Baker and Pat Wolf repair a beam Tuesday under the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge. The beam was damaged by a barge last year. The beam holds a scaffold that is used to inspect the bridge. The crew, based in Jefferson City, Mo., travels all over the state repairing bridges.
