CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A model of the proposed Mississippi River bridge and highway will be on public display at City Hall through April 27.
The 12-foot-long model, constructed by the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department, will be displayed in the main hallway at City Hall, 401 Independence.
The public is invited to view the model of the bridge and highway project that's slated for completion in about five years.
