Missouri man killed in Cairo
A fatal shooting occurred early Sunday morning in Cairo, Illinois, according to Cape Girardeau Coroner John Clifton.

A fatal shooting occurred early Sunday morning in Cairo, Illinois, according to Cape Girardeau Coroner John Clifton.
The victim, a 27-year-old Missouri man whose name has not been released, was taken to Saint Francis Medical Center. He died in the emergency room, Clifton said.

According to Alexander County Coroner Willie Bingham, the case is being handled by the Illinois State Police.
