A series of mini-workshops for parents and students are scheduled today. The workshops deal with alcohol and substance abuse prevention.
The sessions for parents will be held from 7-9 p.m. The workshops range from the effects of tobacco and alcohol on the body to building self-esteem, relationships and communication.
Students will be attending essentially the same workshops during the school day.
The mini-workshops are sponsored by Notre Dame's Alcohol and Substance Prevention Team.
