MILLERSVILLE, Mo. -- An 18-year-old Millersville woman was seriously hurt Thursday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident near Millersville.

Amy Koehler was flown to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau after the 1:12 p.m. accident on County Road 481, one mile west of Millersville.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Koehler's vehicle ran off the road and overturned, coming to rest back on the roadway.
