Deleev earns honors in combat training

Army Pvt. Tiffany C. Deleev has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Deleev earned distinction as an honor graduate. She is the daughter of Kathy Deleev of Cape Girardeau and sister of Toni Thomas of Carrollton, Texas. She is a 2004 graduate of Central High School.
