Dahms earns bronze star in Afghanistan

Maj. William C. Dahms was awarded the bronze star while serving as a member of the combined/joint task force 76 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan on Sept. 3. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Dahms is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, along with his wife, Myra, and their six children. He is the son of Virginia Dahms of Cape Girardeau and the late 1st Lt. Charles Dahms.
