CAIRO, Ill. -- The Farm Resource Center in Cairo has received a $270,540 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The center is a leading provider of mental health services in Southern Illinois.
The grant was announced by U.S. Rep. Glenn Poshard, D-Carterville, Ill.
Poshard said: "The Farm Resource Center has a demonstrated track record of helping people through difficult periods in their lives. This is a nationally recognized program, which serves our area extremely well."
