MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONIES ANNOUNCED
The American Legion Altentual-Joerns Post # 158 will hold Memorial Day services at the South High Street entrance to the Jackson City Cemetery, May 29 at 9 a.m. The Jackson Municipal Band will begin the program at 9 a.m. The ceremony, which will include the Rev. John Rice, pastor of New McKendree United Methodist Church, begins at 9:30 a.m. Lloyd Law, first vice commander, and Boyd Summers, post chaplain, will be among the legion speakers...
