A Marble Hill, Mo., man is in custody of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department, after Jackson police arrested him on suspicion he was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Justin W. Huffman, 30, was arrested after Jackson School District staff reported suspicious activity near one of schools.
Huffman is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and is in jail on a $25,000 bond.
