Leonard Motsinger, 34, was pronounced dead on the scene after being struck by a Dodge Caravan driven by Robert Wahl of O'Fallon, Mo.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred near the 107 mile marker on Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County.
