Man killed in Fruitland after walking in front of car
An 88-year-old Jackson man was killed early Wednesday north of Fruitland. Joann Mirly, 64, of Altenburg, Missouri, was driving her 2005 Chevrolet Impala southbound on U.S. 61 about 6:40 a.m. when Delmar Feiste walked into the path of the vehicle.
