MAN HELD IN WEEKEND ROBBERY
A Cape Girardeau man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a robbery last weekend at a Dollar General store, police said. Robert J. Harper is being held at the Cape Girardeau City Jail on a $50,000 bond.
