Man exposes himself to woman from inside vehicle

An unkown man reportedly exposed himself to an 18-year-old woman in the 700 block of Baudean Lane on Sunday. According to the Cape Girardeau Police Department, a dark blue Cavalier approached the woman as she was walking on the street. From inside the car, a man exposed himself and asked a sexually explicit question. While the woman ran to her home, the man drove off.
