The Missouri State Water Patrol says Ronald Lichtenberg of Florissant was last seen Thursday afternoon on the steps of a retaining wall in Camden County. About 15 minutes later he was found in the water. A neighbor tried unsuccessfully to revive him.

Authorities aren't sure how Lichtenberg ended up in the water.
